A few words about ourselves

The Danish Railways Employers Asssociation is an employers' association uniting all employers working ind the field of railway services and rail-maintenance in the private sector. In keeping with the privatisation and liberalisation of the Danish Railway market, we have experienced a steady increase of new member organisations.

Our members benefit by uniting with an Association for employers in the Branch. By the contracting of collective agreements with trade unions, we ensure a solid basis for the performance of train operations and rail maintenance in Denmark. Our consultants advise businesses on all questions concerning salaries and conditions of employment, working environment, training and business development.

JA is as member of The Federation of Employers for Trade, Transport and Service (HTS-A) and through this organisation we are ensured political influence in important political decisions in the area of Railways.
